CDA+ PDG, Inc. is a multi-disciplinary design firm composed of architects, planners, and design specialists. Founded by Principal Architect Eric Chen in February, 2004 as Creative Design Associates (CDA), we merged with Pacific Design Group (PDG) in 2022 creating CDA + PDG, Inc.

We have grown to offer professional services comprising architectural design, master planning, interior design, peer review, consulting and technical services. From conceptual, strategic and master planning, through design and construction, CDA+ PDG, Inc. applies the necessary passion and expertise to bring a project to successful completion, with a deep commitment to enhance value in collaboration with clients and teaming partners.

CDA+PDG's headquarters is in the Tustin, California, in Orange County California with branch offices in City of Industry, California and Denver Colorado. With architects licensed in California, Arizona, Colorado, Washington, and Texas, CDA+PDG offers it's services nationwide with a focus on California.

Founded in 2004, CDA+PDG's formation builds on the successful effort of a Southern California real estate development company to retain Eric Chen to directly manage a portfolio of key projects. Under Eric’s leadership, CDA+PDG contributed expertise covering site selection, feasibility studies, entitlement, and project management. This trust-based partnership, which continues to this day, coupled with CDA+PDG’s growing base of client relationships, has enabled the firm to assist clients to capitalize on emerging opportunities while anticipating and mitigating risks. The CDA+PDG team has applied expertise covering a broad range of projects ranging from hospitality, mixed use, office, residential, retail, banks, data centers, religious centers, and public institutions.
